Caring for your memorial

If you want a grave or memorial maintained by us, we need to check its current condition and location before we maintain it. The first thing to do is get in touch with us to tell us the location of the grave or memorial, and the name of the deceased. We will check the grave is suitable and send you an application form. The maintenance will start once we have received the form and payment.

What you can expect in your maintenance plan

• Cutting and upkeep of any grass
• Weeding
• Planting and plant upkeep
• Memorial cleaning once per year (cold water wash only)
• Please note it does not include memorial repairs or replacements which may have become decayed or damaged.

Maintenance costs

The maintenance costs vary according to the plan you choose. We can help you find the most appropriate package for the type of grave. Our price list will outline the costs for you.

If more in-depth cleaning is required, this will be a specialist clean and there would be an extra cost from our stonemason. Get a quote for cleaning.

Additional cleaning for amazing results

If you have selected a maintenance plan, it includes an annual memorial clean. This is a cold water wash only.

Our approved stone mason can carefully and expertly clean your memorial to an almost-new look and feel.
